Leixões Port Day
On the upcoming September 18th (Sunday), Leixões Port will open its doors to the entire community, celebrating another edition of Leixões Port Day.
The Leixões Port Day program starts at 10:00 AM and ends at 7:00 PM, featuring guided tours of the port area on tourist buses, visits to vessels, the Titan, and the Cruise Terminal.
In addition to these tours, there will be a variety of musical, artistic performances, and entertainment suitable for all ages: the wandering band Supertronik, the ballet performance by the Porto Ballet School, showcase and workshop with the Momentum Crew, dance performance by the We Dance school, the intimate concert by Andor Violeta, and the grand closing concert featuring Bárbara Bandeira, who will take the stage at 5:00 PM.
There will also be a DJ accompanying a bar service on the Cruise Terminal terrace, as well as children's plays, entertainers, and jugglers.
In parallel, the public can visit the "Feeling More Than a Port" photography exhibition, and, as in previous years, APDL will award the best high school student in the Municipality of Matosinhos.
Also, the CIIMAR (Interdisciplinary Centre of Marine and Environmental Research), located within the Cruise Terminal, will be open to visitors.
All these activities are free to enter, and access is through the Cruise Terminal in Matosinhos.
