The Logistics Platform of the Port of Leixões consists of 2 logistics sites, located in the surroundings of the Port of Leixões (Municipality of Matosinhos), where a set of modular and integral logistics warehouses are being developed.

Site 1 with 31-hectare allows the development of approximately 91,000 m² of logistics warehouses, spread across 15 lots. 8 of them for modular occupancy and 7 for full occupancy.
