APDL will construct the first public Data Center in Portugal, the APDL DATACENTER CAMPUS, a technological investment in line with decarbonization and energy transition. It will be a Tier III Data Center (does not require service interruptions for equipment replacement or maintenance) and will enable the storage and processing of all information related to port activities. Only Portugal Telecom (PT) and Redes Energéticas Nacionais (REN) currently offer services with these characteristics. The initial goal will be to serve APDL itself for decision-making, but it aspires to be a tool that serves all private clients within this logistics chain.
